A free five-day masterclass on using your Human Design to find what you're actually here to say — and building the platform that carries it to the people waiting for it.
For coaches, practitioners, and experts who already have a body of work and are done being the best-kept secret in their field.
You're not desperate. You have a good business, real clients, and work you're proud of. When people ask how it's going you say it's going well, and you mean it.
You're not in the gutter.
And yet...
you know you are not where you could be.
You've done the work. The retreats, the programs, the certifications, the years.
You've healed things most people never look at directly.
You know more than half the people who are further along than you, which is the part that stings.
You are, by any reasonable measure, genuinely good at this.
So why does it feel like the world hasn't noticed?
Here's the part almost nobody talks about
You're busy. Genuinely, exhaustingly busy. There's always something to build or refine or get right before you put it anywhere. From the outside it looks like you don't have time to be visible.
What's actually happening is that being seen doesn't feel safe. Not dramatically. In the covert way:
You rewrite the post four times and then don't post it.
You've had the podcast idea for two years and no episodes.
You show up hard for a week, go quiet for three, feel behind, and start again.
You keep deciding you'll be ready after one more certification.
I had a client say exactly that to me.
Here's what I told her. Then don't be noise.
If you're sharing what you actually need to share, it isn't noise. You only add to the noise if you're putting out drivel like everybody else.
And when you're honest about why, it usually sounds something like I don't want to add to the noise.
Your silence isn't neutral. It's a vacancy. Something worse is already filling it.
Nobody is designed to be invisible.
That's why it eats you alive to stay unheard.
For four hundred years the world has run on one program. Human Design calls it the Cross of Planning, and you know how it feels even if you've never heard the name. In February 2027 it ends, and the collective moves to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix.
That old program built a lot of what we have.
People are hungry for something real, and most of them can't name what they're looking for until they see it.
That's the real opportunity, and it isn't a marketing opportunity. The era that's arriving rewards exactly what you already are.
Depth. Substance. A perspective that took you twenty years to earn.
Your depth was never the problem. It just wasn't your time yet.
Your time is NOW.
It isn't a personality quiz and it isn't a rulebook — I'm not interested in just telling you to wait for an invitation or asking whether that was a real response. It's a body of wisdom about how people actually work, and it does three crucial things:
Where your energy is reliable. Where you're picking up everyone else's stuff and mistaking it for your own. Why the strategy that made someone else rich flattened you, and what to do instead.
Everyone has a particular angle on life, a specific thing they notice that other people walk straight past. Yours is in your chart. It's almost certainly something you take for granted because it's always been there, and it's the exact thing your work is supposed to be built on.
Your incarnation cross. The thing you've been called to this earth to do, share, and be.
Here's the part that surprises people. You don't work at your purpose. You can't force it into being, and trying to engineer it is exactly what keeps it from happening.
Your purpose was never for you.
You were given a particular way of seeing so that it could be used. It can't be used while it's sitting in your notes app.
The era we're moving into asks everyone a different question. Not what did you get. What did you contribute. The people who'll feel most at home in what's coming are the ones already doing that work.
That's why the pull to say something has been getting louder. It doesn't get quieter from here.
There are people already looking for what you know. Not a version of it. Yours.
That's the order of operations. It's also why the people who build this way don't run out of steam — you never get tired of your own work.
But it does have to actually follow. So let me be specific about that, because a lot of people aren't.
There are people online right now calling themselves seven-figure founders who take home less than nothing. The revenue number is real. So are the ad spend, the team, the launch costs, and the debt behind it, and nobody puts those on the slide.
Go after what you're actually here to do, and the money follows it.
Not the other way round.
That's not a business. That's smoke and mirrors.
We don't do that here. I care about profit, not revenue.

here's the whole model:
A body of work that compounds instead of expiring, so episodes from 2022 still bring me clients.
Enough profit that I'm not doing any of this to keep the lights on.
Offers that connect to what I actually talk about, so selling isn't a separate job.
It's also exactly what I'm going to teach you.
Understanding the new landscape of influence and business growth
By Monday's end you'll understand why so much is struggling right now, and exactly where the opening is for someone like you.
What's actually happening to online business right now, and why strategies that used to be reliable aren't
The shift from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, and what it means for how you sell and who gets heard
Why manufactured marketing is losing its grip, and what people are reaching for instead
Why you're not showing up, and what to do about it
This is the session about why you already know what to do and still aren't doing it.
The visibility wound: why the people with the most to offer are the most reluctant to be seen offering it, and why hard work is so often where the hiding happens
Capacity, and why you can only stretch as far as your nervous system allows — including around money
How your Human Design shows you the way you're built to lead, decide, and trust yourself
Your purpose, and the perspective only you have
Wednesday is the day people tell me they finally understand what they've been circling their whole life.
Why you might be visible and still not selling, and why that's almost never a visibility problem
How your Human Design reveals the specific angle you're here to take, including the gifts you've discounted because they've always come easily
Turning that into a body of work rather than a stream of posts
Where this actually gets built
This is where your expertise becomes something people return to.
Why podcasts, YouTube, and Substack are becoming the engines, and how they differ
How to make work people binge, and why bingeable is what turns a listener into a client
How to run more than one platform without doubling your workload
Turning all of it into money
Authority creates trust. Trust creates demand. Offers give that demand somewhere to go.
The offers working right now, and why buyers are responding to them
How to make sure what you sell matches what you've been saying, which is where most of this breaks
Building a model that pays you without depending on a launch going perfectly
Your ideas start traveling ahead of you.
Someone finds a podcast episode, an article, a talk. Something clicks. They start listening. They start paying attention. Trust builds long before you ever have a conversation.
Then this starts happening. People write and say I've been listening for a year and I've finally decided it's time. They arrive at a call already certain, because they've been going through your back catalogue for weeks.
They arrive ready.
Not because you convinced them. Because your ideas did.
That's the thing most entrepreneurs chase and rarely get: the right people find you, trust you, and are ready before you've ever spoken.

Nicole Laino is a Human Design expert, Gene Keys Guide, NLP practitioner, and business strategist, and the host of Unshakeable with Human Design, a top-ranked podcast now past 500 episodes.
She's ex-Wall Street and a former actor, which sounds like a strange combination until you hear her teach. She takes systems most people find either intimidating or a little woo and makes them practical enough to run a business on.
That matters, because plenty of the people who'd benefit most from this work take one look at how it's usually packaged and decide it isn't for them. Nicole is often the person they walk in with.
She spent years fighting her own wiring before she found the map back, and she built what she has now on the other side of that — a multiple six-figure business with a team of two, run on a body of work rather than an algorithm.
