Hello and welcome to Unshakable with Human Design, everybody. Oh, my goodness. This is our last episode of 2025, and I am. I’m still in kind of disbelief that the year is over, that we’re transitioning over into 2026 already. It’s kind of crazy. And I know. I’ve noticed in my groups, talking to my friends and then even, you know, for myself this last week of the year and certainly the last month, but like, the last week of, like, that transition between the year we’ve been in and the year that we’re going to, we can feel a lot of uncertainty. There’s a little bit of, like, this. We’re not doing anything, but can we really relax into not doing anything? Because we’re going to have so much to do. We want to hit the ground running in January.
There can be a lot of pressure that we feel. And, you know, your human design can give you a lot of insight into this as well. I’m somebody who has a pressure center for my conscious sun and my conscious earth are both in a pressure center. So I feel pressure a lot. And it’s undefined, so I feel it even more. I feel it all the time coming at me in different ways. So it’s an interesting way of. Of understanding yourself. That’s really what I feel like human design offers us. And just being in a state of uncertainty, fear creeps up. So if you had a bad year in 2025, or you wish it were better, or, you know, whatever your situation, it didn’t go to plan or it didn’t meet your expectations in some way.
Your fear, your anxiety might have something to do with how am I going to shift things next year? How am I going to make next year different? How am I going to really make January, like, hit it with a bang so that I’m off to the races in 2026 is the best year I’ve ever had. Right. And then if you’ve had a great year and I have been in this position, we had our best year in 2025. I’m super proud of it. So excited. And I have been noticing how much I slip into, well, how am I going to do it again or top it? How am I Going to make this year better than this year. Like, even better. I just outdid myself. We killed it this year. And we’re changing things, and we’re doing things differently.
So that uncertainty of doing things differently, things are changing, we’re changing. I’m changing. What I care about changes. I am noticing so many shifts and that feeling of, like, how am I going to keep it up? How are we going to do it again? So whatever your situation is, this episode, what I wanted to do is I wanted to. I wanted to give you kind of three key insights that I’ve been working with that I’ve noticed that, you know, into how you can go from uncertainty to opportunity and use human design to help yourself get there. Okay, so this is gonna be kind of a fairly energetic episode. We’re gonna talk a lot about the energies.
We’re gonna talk about, you know, mindset and things like that, or at least my way of teaching energetics, which are typically a little bit more prescriptive, or we try to give you steps and real explanations behind the energetics, rather than just, you know, get into the energy of what you want, which most people don’t really understand exactly how to do, and they end up more confused. And I understand that. Cause I have been there. So we try to give you. And I’m going to do that in this episode. I’m really going to try to give you some concrete steps that you can take so that you can find clarity in the uncertainty, so that you can find what’s yours there. So this is going to be a little energetic for, you know, a little less strategy than some of them.
But if you are looking for some strategy, you’re looking for strategy and energy for how you can plan your 2026, how you can start to feel, you know, lay a little bit of that strategic foundation. This, you know, was born from the episodes that we did in December that have gotten really great feedback from our listeners. And then also just me kind of sitting there in disbelief that so many of my clients that came into BBD this year that are new to my world, how many said, when we did our 2026 planning session for our clients, how many of them said, no one ever taught them how to plan for that. They’d never done that before. And I think that’s a travesty.

And then you can download it right there from the website. Okay, so what I want you to notice, like, before we kick this off, I’m going to give you the three points. But before we do that and we dive into all of that, what I want to do is I just kind of want you to understand and always keep this in mind, that when things feel difficult, ask yourself who you’re being in that moment. Ask yourself if you can get into the habit of doing that, into noticing, am I putting my attention on what. What I want or what I don’t want?

And so much of. I think a lot of the uncertainty and confusion and difficulty people have at this time of year sometimes is they’re not really clear on what they want. So start there and just start to feed yourself the food of the things that you want and start to make them feel real to yourself. This is just a really basic thing that it’s like Advanced Energetics and Advanced Human, but it’s such a basic, simple thing to do that I think people sometimes take it for granted and don’t do it. This is why Inside Business By Design, we have a private podcast feed for our clients where we have visualizations and other tools that they can use to get them in the habit of doing this every day. Because it changes who you are.
It changes the way that you believe what you believe and what you have taught yourself to normalize as yours and what you want and how you see things and how you move and what you get to have, it starts to change it in your outside world. Now, it doesn’t happen overnight. Some people do this stuff for, like, you know, a day or two, and then they fall off with it and they say it didn’t work for them. You do have to commit to it. You have to commit to all of this stuff that I’m about to share with you. So I hope that you’re committed to committing. Okay, so that’s just the one thing that I wanted to start with was to start noticing what’s coming up for you and what energy are you in?
Are you in an energy of consistently battling yourself because you’re afraid of certain things happening? Are you seeing the worst? Are you seeing the worst case scenario? If you are, I invite you to shift that. I encourage you to focus on what you do want, not what you do not want. This takes some practice. It’s so simple we forget to do it. But it is an irreplaceable skill in your toolbox. I encourage you all to make this a habit. Okay? And we’ll get into the human design stuff now and the three points that I have for you. But human design gives us this unique window into our specific process as an individual. How.
How you process things and what you are going to be going through and how you are going to be experiencing this time of year is going to be, yes, about the world that you live in and the things that have happened to you, but it’s much more going to be determined by who you are. And that’s what I think human design is so cool about. Like, what it really allows us to do is tune into, how are you different from me? How does your process work so that I don’t just give you my framework for what worked for me? And that’s wonderful and helpful, but sometimes it can be damaging because then it doesn’t work for you. And all we had to do is just tweak the way you were doing it. That’s the beauty of this.
So the first insight I have for you about human design and turning uncertainty into opportunity, creating clarity at this point is clarity is not a state of mind. Clarity is a frequency in your energy. Okay, now, the power of the mind. This is the first point that I have for you. The power of the mind is so powerful, and if you are giving too much power to your mind, you will be less aligned. You will absolutely have more anxiety and feel that frequency of uncertainty the most when you’re giving too much power to your mind. So this is the essence of human design, is it takes the power away from the mind. It puts it back in your body. It teaches you to operate differently rather than thinking about everything so much.
Now, I am saying this as a person who has an open head center and whose conscious sun and conscious earth sit in that open head center. I know a whole lot about overthinking, about trying to create answers in my mind, thinking about things. And I understand the discomfort that this causes. Probably more than most people. I still get there. I still end up there. Because these are our patterns. They never completely stop. We just get better at catching ourselves in them, of knowing what they are, which takes some of that pressure off, which takes some of that fear out of it, because we just go, oh, that’s just the mechanics of how I work. That’s just the squeaky door down the hall. I can oil it, but it’s probably going to Squeak again at some point if we use that door enough.
Right, so this is what I’m talking about. So just the first thing I want you to do is to notice. Am I giving too much power to my mind? Am I thinking through so many things? And if you are thinking through them, are you thinking through them in like I walk around thinking about these things all day or are you working them out? Are you talking about them? Are you, are you writing them down? Are you know, journaling on things where you’re getting it out of your mind? Your mind is an echo chamber and it will drive you insane if you allow your thoughts to just rattle around in there and ping pong back and forth looking for answer that does not exist up there. Clarity comes in space, in spaciousness.
So I invite you to look at this week at this time between, you know, where we are now. And then going back to work and kicking things into gear in January. I invite you to create some space here and ask yourself some good questions and enjoy yourself and put the power back in your body and your strategy and authority will always save you from this. Strategy and authority does not exist in the mind. It exists only in the body or in your environment, depending on what your authority is. If you are a mental projector or a reflector, you’re going to have a more, a little bit of a different authority than the rest of us, but it’s still different than thinking about it. Okay, now the second point that I have for you is on, like, kind of going with this theme of authority.
The second thing that’s going to help you turn uncertainty into clarity and opportunity is your inner authority. It gives you a clue and tells you a lot about your process, your inner authority. So if you’re an emotional authority, like I am, I’m an emotional authority. If you’re an emotional authority and you are trying to know now, now, now, if you’re putting pressure on yourself to have answer right now, you will most likely become anxious because that’s not how it works for us. We are wisdom over time, people. If you are not giving yourself time, there will be no wisdom, just anxiety. So you’re creating some of this. You’re creating it. If you understand how your process works, you will start to understand how you’re creating some of this frequency in your body.
And the frequency is what we attach, we attract with our frequency, our energetic frequency. If your energetic frequency is fear and anxiety and feeling that pressure move you into this space of really being uncomfortable with the uncertainty. Because uncertainty itself isn’t bad. Uncertainty is fine. It’s how we react to the uncertainty. And if you are allowing that to create a really broken kind of choppiness in your frequency because you’re scared that’s a low vibration and you’re going to start to get more of that versus what you are actually looking for now. Reflectors and mental projectors. I mentioned you just a couple of seconds ago, but I’m also going to bring you up now. If you are trying to come up with answers right now, if you are putting that pressure on yourself, it doesn’t work the same as it does for emotional authorities.
But you have very much a similar process which is time, which is noticing things. You’re not going to have this instant feedback thing like the sacrals get. You’re not going to just get ooh, aha. I go. That’s not how it works for you either. There is a patience that has to be cultivated. So that can tell you a lot about your practice and your process that you have to create some time and space for yourself. The answer will drop in for you. The clarity will come if you give yourself that time, if you give yourself that space. Without it you will most likely start to go into a very deeply conditioned state. Just things start to really feel off and pull at you and pull you in different directions and that doesn’t feel good.
Splenic authorities if you’re not trusting your intuition, if you aren’t trusting those little hits that you get, those little whispers that you get, those little notes from the universe, the whisper in your ear, if you don’t trust it and you’re thinking about these things, then you are going to feel off our self projected projectors. If you are conforming, if you are looking like if you find yourself doom scrolling and looking at what everybody else is doing, if you lose your sense of self, you lose everything. So for you, that uncertainty, you have to find it in yourself. You have to find it in what feels like you. So your inner authority is what’s going to give you outer authority, which is what most of us are looking for. We were looking to have an impact. We’re looking to have people say yes.
We’re looking to have people react to us in a favorable way so that they buy things from us or they ask us to collaborate with them or they keep listening to our show. But that outer authority can’t come until we have our own inner authority and we’re really being ruled by it. If I show up here in my conditioning and in my not self in a big way, this message isn’t going to land. It’s not going to hit you the way that it’s meant to. My intention won’t be felt, and I will probably then keep wondering, what am I doing wrong? What am I doing wrong? What am I doing wrong? That would be the mind guiding it. But instead, we are here, and I hope that you are receiving this.
Okay, now the third point, the third piece of how human design can help you really shift from uncertainty to clarity and creating opportunity from that clarity. This is something that I want you to notice. This is the thing that I want you to turn your awareness to. But your conscious sun and your conscious earth, this is the guiding light of your chart. These are the two most powerful pieces of your incarnation. Cross. This is what’s going to really lead who you are as a person. These shadows of these two gates are so powerful. But particularly, take a look at the shadow of your conscious sun. That shadow is probably going to show up so much. If you are in your head, if you’re in your mind, you’re going to find that path of the mind is going to lead you straight into that shadow.
And it’s very difficult to get out of. It’s very difficult to get out of it. Well, I’ll say this. You can’t think your way out of it. You can’t think your way out of that shadow. You can only surrender. You can only surrender. And instead of staring at the shadow being like, how do I get out of this? How do I get out of this? How do I get out of this? How do I get out of this? I always tell my clients, a shadow never goes away. I have a light on me right now as I’m recording this. I have a light, bright light shining on me. If I turn around, there’s a shadow there. There always will be. Where there is light, there is shadow. We never make it go away. All we can do is turn and look at the.
Instead of the shadow, we put our focus someplace else. This is what I’m talking about focusing on what you want versus what you don’t want. Putting your energy into what you want to create, into what matters to you in what you want to see more of. Most of the time, we are so busy focused on what we don’t want. And we do this with the shadows, and it becomes this downward spiral. And the shadow of your conscious sun is probably going to be one of, if not the most prominent shadow in Your chart. That depends on the chart. Mine sits in a pressure center in an open head. It’s my most common one because it’s where I give power away to the mind, because it is a mind gate.
If you have 64, 63, or 61 in your conscious sun and it’s an open head, then probably going to lean on overthinking even more than the average person. And most people go into overthinking no matter what. Even if you have a defined head, you go into overthinking. You’re just overthinking about different things. It’s a busy mind. So I hope that you can see how these three pieces can help you find the space that’s required in order to create opportunity and clarity in this type of moment, to really focus on what you want and to create enough space in your energy to believe that it can happen and to keep your focus there rather than getting so scared that what you want can’t happen and causing you to expand this state and frequency of uncertainty in your energy.
Great things happen when we are certain that we will either get the result that we want or the lesson that we need. That we know we are moving in the right direction, or that we know we are on the path and that we are being led. This is why people of faith a lot of times can make miracles happen because they’re surrendered to the process. They’re surrendered to the path. I always say I never know if the path will lead me to where I want to go. But I know if I am aligned with my design and I am surrendered to these things and I am on my path, then I know that I will get where I need to go. I will get the result that I want or the lesson that I need.
And I just have to let it go at that. I can’t control anymore. Wanting to control is what puts us in the mind because we try to think our way into controlling an outcome. We can’t always do that. We can think a little bit. I’m giving you a planning guide. I plan, but I’m very flexible in those plans. And there is so much energy in the planning process and in noticing how a lot of people are sitting here at the end of this year saying, why didn’t I do the things that I said that I would do at the start of the year in 2025? 2025 started and I said I was going to do X, Y and Z. And I didn’t do a lot of those things. Why didn’t I? These are good questions to ask. Sometimes we can get derailed.
But it’s asking these questions without criticism, but with curiosity that we get to shift to something better, that we get to grow. That’s what real growth is. So plan. Use the guide. We have it for you. Plan, but don’t make the planning everything. Do this other work to notice what’s coming up for you so that you’re able to be the type of person who can execute those plans this year and who can pivot if the plan does or doesn’t work and you need to change something or shift something because of something that happened. That is what this type of system, like human design, helps us do because we develop a sense of trust in something other than the plan and our mind.
