This policy is operated by Nicole Laino, doing business as Nicole Laino Coaching (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and applies to purchases on nicolelaino.com and our checkout, together with the applicable program or product terms. All prices are in USD and payments are processed securely (for example, via Stripe). Except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law (including mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country, state, or region), the following applies.
Digital courses, downloads & other digital products
Digital products are deemed “used” once access begins or a file is downloaded or opened, and are non-refundable. See the Digital Product & Course Terms of Sale.
Human Design readings
Readings are personalized services and are non-refundable, including once the session occurs or a report is delivered. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. See the Readings Terms.
Private 1:1 coaching
Private coaching fees are non-refundable, including for unused calls or term. See the Private Coaching Agreement.
Group coaching (Business By Design)
Group coaching is non-refundable given its customized nature, and payment-plan commitments run for the full term. See the Group Coaching Terms.
Integrated HD Certification
The Certification is a cohort-based live program and is non-refundable, and payment-plan commitments run for the full amount. See the Integrated HD Certification Terms.
HD Authority Lab (membership)
The membership is non-refundable, including for unused time or missed sessions. You may cancel future renewals under the HD Authority Lab Terms by giving at least 30 days’ notice by email before your next billing date.
EU / UK buyers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right on certain purchases. For digital content and personalized services, you waive that right where you request immediate access or performance and acknowledge the waiver at checkout.
Delivery problems
If you do not receive access to a digital product after purchase, email support@nicolelaino.me with your order details and we will get it to you promptly.
